Does anyone know where I can find a cheap kegerator or a used kegerator? I guess I need to find something local that I can pickup. I'm in Orange County, CA.

Also, can anyone shed some light on how hard it is to make your own with one of those conversion kits?

Homedepot has a Magic Chef Kegerator MCKC490S .(This site has details on that model) for $300.It's cheap and the stat has to be adjusted (takes about 5 mins.)you get what you pay for.
