Hello all,

I'm new to the Kegerator game (just finished 2nd Keg).  I have a True 15" Kegerator, and I continue to have problems disconnecting the coupler from the keg barrel (shamefully had someone else do it last time, should have taken notes).  The coupler type is a low profile sankey coupler.  The way I'm attempting to disconnect this is by basically reversing how I engaged the fresh Keg.  I am pressing down and turning the coupler left to the point where it 'pops' up, then turning it slightly left again.  I would expect it just to come off at this point, but it won't come off and feels as if something is still locking it in so it won't come off the Keg barrel.  Has anyone experienced something similar or have any ideas as to what I'm doing wrong here?  Really appreciate the insight.
