Kegerator Forum: CO2/Nitro Blend pressure issues

I have a Guinness kegerator with all the necessary equipment and I'm running a C02/Nitogen blend connected to a brand new C02 regulator using a c02-Nitrogen adapter and brand new hoses.  The problem is that when I turn the regulator up to get more pressure the dial doesn't move and slowly settles in at around 12-10 psi and slowly drops over the course of a day or two.  If I disconnect the regulator and make sure it is properly tightened then the nitro blend will not come back on and I have pressure.  The only way to get the regulator to work with the nitro blend after is to attach a C02 tank (which works fine) and then reattach the nitro blend tank.  While this works it creates the same pressure dropping issues.  I also tried it with a used Nitrogen regulator and had the exact same problem.  I've done the soapy water test and have found no leak.

Does anyone have any idea of what is going on and what I need to do to fix this?

Thank you in advance.
