Got my micro matic with no instructions. Max fill line = ?. Procedure would be nice.

I suffered a flood with 1/2 sewage water.  My kegerator was floating in this stuff for 24 hours.   What do I need to place (the thing still freezes) but the electrical display is toast.  How can I save or clean regulator and couplers - if possible?
