Hi everyone!
Need a little bit of help before my girlfriend kills me! We have a Haier double tap kegerator (only 1 keg in there currently). It constantly makes a loud humming/buzzing noise from the compressor (I think? Its the black round box in the back that gets hot) every time its time to cool down the refrigerator. You can stop the noise by adjusting the temperature gauge, but that either leads to more noise (getting colder) or warmer beer (getting warmer). Is there any way for me to subdue this humming sound? It is quite piercing if you don't "just get used to it". It's not the fan or pieces on the top, it's definitely a sharp rattling/hissing/buzzing/humming from the back. I love my kegerator, but I love my girlfriend more - so I REALLY NEED a way to quiet this Haier down! Thanks, Sal |
