Can I convert a Kenmore single tap kergerator to a double? If so, do I need 2 CO2 tanks or will one work?

What would I need?

Single tank will work fine. Just split the line with a tee fitting and add the appropriate connections for the second keg.

You need a tower adapter like this ==> http://www.micromatic.com/draft-keg-beer/towe ...   to add another tap.
