i recently bought a kegerator, i have concern with how far should i open the c02 cylinder valve.  the instructions that came with the unit says 1/4 to 1/2 way open, however every post i have read on the subject state 100% open.  My issues is at 12 psi and fully open I have wild bear.  I am dispense a ipa and the temperature is ~37-40f should I adjust the dispensing psi, the valve opening, or both.

btw the unit is made by Curtis International and marketed under the igloo brand
