I picked up a used Nostalgia Electrics KRS2100 Kegerator yesterday.
I put it through what I think is a viable test... Put it on high (technically LOW) with a large bucket of water over night. This AM I had a fridge temp of 28.3 (not sure of the accuracy of that thermometer), and a water temp of 32.8 with a film of ice on top (done with my cooking probe, so I believe that one). I am going add two USB circ. fans and a tower cooler (maybe home made, any plans out there?), I have 7' of beer line, and I will be stocking with homebrew (generally IPAs, APAs and Canadian Blonde). Since I am new to this, I have always bottled, any tricks I need to be aware of, and any suggestions are more than welcomed. Thanks Bill |
