Recently bought a two keg regulator and was wondering if this changes what psi I should be running. Should I expect to have to set it higher or lower than "recommended"? |

Lots of factors to consider. Temperature, starting carbonation levels of the beer.
You shouldn't have to increase pressures when adding a second keg. The gas should normalize (balance) inside each keg. If you have one keg that is highly carbonated and one keg that is not, you may find fluxing pressures until everything equalizes. This assumes you don't have check valves on anything and gas is free to move between the two kegs and the regulator. Just go with normal pressures for dispensing. |

They are both right at 36 or 37. Im still a little new at this but I'm pretty sure they both have check valves. I have no idea how carbonated one or the other are. I mostly wanted to make sure I didn't need to set it higher or something. It all appears to work fine; beer pours cold and I get tippsy. One does seam to get a little more foam than the other but im not to worried about that. Thanks for the reply. |
