Are some brands designed to be part of an outdoor built in kitchen?

I am in this same situation.  I am building a new home with an outdoor kitchen. My home is in Texas. I had someone at another site tell me that Summit may struggle to keep the beer cold and said I should go with a marvel. 

Anyone have any suggestions? 

My outdoor kitchen will be completely covered and the unit will be built in to my island. Will it have to be an outdoor unit still?

I'd go with a DCS for Texas weather.
