Give us some back story on the setup...

How old are the beer lines?
When did you last clean or change them out?
Beer line length and diameter?
Temperature?
New keg?
Commercial or homebrew?

beer lines are about 3 months old - 3/16"ID 6'
It is a commercial keg, and the problem started about half way through this keg - about 3 weeks ago.
I haven't checked the temerature - but I'll post it when I check.
