Our new True kegerator only get's our beer to 45 degrees. Did we get a lemon and how cold should the beer get?

Welcome to the group!

The optimal temperature for storing and dispensing a keg would be 38° F.

Sounds like you may need to contact TRUE. You should be under warranty if it is new.
