For the last couple of kegs, the first pint is all foam, the second is almost no foam and goes flat very quickly, and thereafter every pint is flat. The following night exactly the same, the first pint is all foam and so on...

Wow this is old, but if you're still listenting:

-Check your C02 pressure. Should be around 12psi
-Let your kegs sit for bit after tapping
-Look into a line cooler; chilling the lines helps prevent foamage

Does this happen with all beers or just some?
