My question is, my flow isn't good I keep pressure around 12-14 psu, but when I pull the tap nothing comes out, I then can turn the pressure up to 25 or 30 and I can hear a push of beer flowing into the beer line then I bleed the pressure back down to 12-14 again and it will b fine, but if I don't use it for several hrs or overnight  the same thing will happen. Also when I pull the tap I can see small bubbles begin to come into line from keg slowly but beer dispenses until i pump pressure up again, not sure if regulator is bad or what, please help me.
