I have heard that it is a good rule of thumb to turn your Co2 gas to the off position when you are finished dispensing beer each night. Is this true? Does it really keep you beer fresher? |

You should keep your pressure as constant as possible because de-pressurizing and pressurizing the tank can force-carbonate the beer. You don't want to give the beer a soda water (CO2 water) taste.
I recommend checking your lines for leaks often, but leaving the tank on at all times while dispensing. |
