i have been waiting for a new thermostat for 3 months on my kgerator.it is under waranty,but the part is still on back order.the people at kegerators.com have nothing to do with the product after the sale..living direct sold the unit ,and edgestar is the company who fixes the problems....too many people involved,,,buy you kegerator SOMEWHERE ELSE..i have been screwed with for too long![]() |

Sorry for the frustration... Living Direct created the EdgeStar brand, so it is the same company essentially and they are based in Austin TX as is my company Kegerators.com. I know the Living Direct guys pretty well, so let me know what is going on and I will try to get some answers for you. Christian CKO |
