I bought a dual tap kegerator, what is the recommended tempature and pressure setting for 2 kegs?

HELP.... I want to buy my husband a kegerator for his 50th and of course know nothing about them. Do not want to spend more than around $600.00 but want one he can get miller lite with. any ideas???

I need help. I just bought a Danby Kegerator. I got my Co2 tank filled and bought my 1st Sixtol of Blue Moon this evening. I went to hook it up. Had a 10-12PSI reading on the keg. opened everything and went to do the Christening 1st pour and got Psssst. That was it. Anyone have any recommendations? The Co2 tank is reading just above the fill line at 500psi. Is that where it should be? I don't think I have enough pressure to get the beer tapped.
