I have been kegging my beer/soda for a few months now and have had pretty good results. Recently, I have begun to notice that I cannot get enough CO2 into suspension. My regulators are set at 22psi (kept moving it up to get more) and the beer will dispense too fast of course, but the amount of CO2 in suspension does not seem to increase. It is really noticeable in a light beer and a root beer that I just finished about 10 days ago and have had on CO2 at high pressure the whole time. Any thoughts on what I am doing wrong? |
