For about the last month and a half I have been getting more foam in my beer than usual.  The pressure has not changed on the gauge.  When I change out the keg, I turn off the valve on the tank and when I connect the new keg about a half hour later, the CO2 tank is empty.  Before I disconnect the tank, the gauge says the tank is full.  I don't understand how my gauges could read normal but my foam is increased and the tank ends up empty when the valve is turned off before the tap is disconnected.

Also the beer will not pour with the tap wide open but I get full pressure at the tap being half open.
