I know i want a kegorator i just am not sure what features i am willing to give up for pricing. from what i read its important to have the tower cooled but am i wrong in that i am only seeing this on commercial brands around 1k plus?

i would really like a top quality one like bev-air bm23 but i dont know what i would be really getting from say a summit at 700 (kit included, just need to fill co2 and get a keg). obviously i get durability and probably better materials during manufacturing but are there any distinctive features i am getting?

any recommendations would be helpful as well. thanks.

the more i read i believe the jump is going from a coil/plate cooling system to an actual air based system (refrigerator) which i can understand being more expensive.

it seems people have some troubles with the cheaper versions and the lines getting frozen and the lack of ability to have more control over the temp of the system itself so i believe i will just fork out the extra cash for a nicer one.

unfortunately i am not seeing many used systems online bc they are either way to high end commercial system or they are pick up only in other states. i am going to keep an eye out for a bit to see if a good deal comes up before i consider a new system.

for the most part i am seeing a more or less consistent price online when searching for specific models so if anyone has a site they have purchased from and can recommend as having good customer support i would greatly appreciate it.

thank you for viewing.
