I am hearing some complaints about the pours in my establishment. Too fast...too slow...etc. SHould I be tweaking the regs on a daily or weekly basis to ensure that the pours are consistent? My sys. just can't seem to be perfect. Any thoughts? I've Coors light...Heineken ...and Smithwick's on tap off one Co tank that slits into 3 reg assemblys(lines). Also we never pour more than one line at a time. my main tank is set at around 18 pounds. Most of the time everything pours great although the Smithwicks seems to need more head. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
