I bought a keg of Sierra Nevada for a new Summitt SBC 500 kegerator. The first two weeks the beer poured great and tasted great. However, after reading about pressure I thought that my settings at 10 PSI might be a little low, so I increased to 13 and let sit. Two days later, the foam is out of control and the beer tastes like seltzer water. The temp of water in the unit is 38, and I feel that I have over carbonated the beer. Is there a way to fix this?

lower your pressure! i heard that you need to have your psi set at 14. i tried that and i had alot of head. i currently have a keg of dogfish head and i keep the psi at 10. you need constant pressure of co2 in the keg. you will find the perfect pressure for your set up. remember low co2 pressure doesnt "skunk" beer. oxygen does. just fyi... i'm on my second kegerator and over 30 kegs. so i do know what i'm talking about.
